Training Class in Session

The second cooking session for the Training Class was a traditional roast chicken with penne pasta and garden salad. The class is put into 3 groups. One group sets the table, one group prepares the meal and the third group does the clean up. They will rotate the duties so that every one has a chance to do all the work. All the students enjoyed the meal and set out to plan next week’s menu. Looks Delicious!
