Chef’s Competition

I just love, love, love when people are passionate about what they do!

Our chefs entered competitions put on by The Escoffier Society of Toronto at the CRFA (Canadian Restaurant and Foodservice Association) tradeshow at the Direct Energy Building on March 6-8. The Magnolia Event Boutique Chefs walked away with 5 gold medals and 2 bronze. It was an impressive event. All the food prepared  in the competition was for presentation only. Too bad we couldn’t have a taste!
